Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Andhra Pradesh, India. The role involves identifying and creating new business opportunities, generating quality leads, and building strong relationships with partners and clients. Responsibilities include working closely with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for expanding Sreenova's reach, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and facilitating long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will actively represent the organization while driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong understanding of Business strategies and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with partners and clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in business development roles, especially within the education/training sector, is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
