**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in industrial markets.
- Visit clients onsite (industrial areas, plants, factories) for meetings and presentations.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team (operations, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, visit schedules, and customer feedback records.

**Key Skills**
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Good understanding of industrial/field sales process.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven approach.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/BBM/BE/MBA preferred, but open to relevant qualifications).
- Minimum **2+ years of business development/sales experience** in industrial or field work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
