Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

  • Identify new business opportunities in target markets and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead Conversion: Strategize and assist in converting leads generated through calls, campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and positioning
  • Achieve business targets through lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand service offerings and customize solutions for clients
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in alignment with company goals and legal standards
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly report on progress, forecasts, and market trends
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure post-sale support to nurture long-term relationships
  • Provide feedback to senior management on market dynamics and customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client onboarding
  • Drive initiatives to improve the companys market positioning and business development processesRole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in sales & Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the sales & Business Development, overseeing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring the successful execution of business development strategies.
