Key Roles & Responsibilities

Primary Role Description

The jobholder is a key member of a team responsible for managing Niva Bupas Zone Sales through the Non-

Banking Finance Companies, Housing Finance Companies and Wealth Management companies. The jobholder

will work closely with partners and key stakeholders. Responsible for customer service functions to ensure high quality

services beneficiaries & delivering high value customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with NBFC, including regular

communication, training, and support.

2. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities for the

distributor network.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

4. Monitor and assess distributor performance, providing feedback and guidance to improve sales

and market share.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure

effective implementation of sales initiatives.

6. Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay updated on market dynamics and

identify areas for improvement.

7. Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand

presence and generate leads.

8. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
