Location: Mumbai | Full-Time Leadership Role
One of our leading financial services clients is looking for a seasoned Cloud & DevOps leader to join our Information Technology team as Assistant Vice President (AVP) / Chief Manager – Cloud & DevOps Engineering.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing our cloud strategy, driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing engineering team.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement the Cloud & DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of cloud & DevOps engineers.
- Oversee design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, cost optimization, and compliance.
- Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud security practices.
- Collaborate with Development, Security, and Operations teams to achieve seamless integration.
What We're Looking For
- 18+ years in IT Infrastructure & Operations, with a strong focus on cloud & DevOps.
- 6+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of cloud security & compliance (ISO, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, strategy, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science (Master's preferred).
- Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS) required; CCSP certification desirable.
