Nitro Commerce specializes in delivering in-market identified audiences targeted contextually with the most relevant creative, driving conversions directly on the brand's own website within the same or multiple sessions
Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Define the brand's unique value proposition and ensure it is consistently communicated across all channels.
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Marketing:
- Lead the GTM strategy for new product launches, features, and platform updates.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our MarTech/AdTech solutions.
- Partner with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support product adoption and revenue targets
Demand Generation & Growth:
- Oversee all demand generation activities, including performance marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems to improve lead nurturing and sales hand-offs
Brand & Communications:
- Build and strengthen the company's brand presence through public relations, industry events, and thought leadership.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, webinars, and podcasts.
- Manage the company's social media strategy to engage with the AdTech community and build a strong following.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular feedback and professional development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications
- 6+ Years
of relevant experience in spearheading entire Marketing department
2. Prior experience in
B2B/MarTech/AdTech
is must
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
