We're looking for a
Call Audit & Training Specialist

to join our team and help optimize our sales processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the quality of inbound and outbound calls
  • Evaluate communication quality and customer experience
  • Provide feedback and highlight strengths & identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare weekly/ monthly reports for sales leadership & recommend updates to scripts/ workflow
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching & refresher sessions to improve call quality and performance

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales analysis/ call audit
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Good command over Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of UPSC
  • Ability to identify gaps and suggest actionable improvements
  • Laptop is mandatory
