Position: QA/QC Lead

Metal Crafts Constructors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a QA/QC Lead with a solid background in mechanical engineering and over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in industrial or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA/QC department to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and checklists.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of materials, equipment, and construction activities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives on quality matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of QA/QC records and reports.
  • Investigate non-conformances and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Provide training and support to site personnel on QA/QC standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in construction, fabrication, or EPC projects.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ISO, API, or equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of welding, NDT, material inspection, and documentation protocols.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Projects in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Experience working in large-scale construction environments like Jamnagar refinery projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,440, ₹1,560,000.00 per year
