  • He Should have brief knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

  • He Should have knowledge of developing and training team members to improve their skills.

  • He Should have knowledge of meticulousness in inspection, documentation, and process monitoring.

  • He should have practical knowledge of using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, profile projectors, special gauges, and standard gauges.

  • He Should have good knowledge of 7 QC tools.
