We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in painting quality standards and related documentation. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with painting inspection procedures, industry standards, and should possess strong problem-solving skills. Prior project execution experience is essential.

Location: Jamnagar Gujarat

Experience Required: 2–5 years (Project-based experience preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with relevant painting standards such as ISO 12944, SSPC, NACE, ASTM, etc.

Perform and document painting quality checks including:

Surface preparation

DFT (Dry Film Thickness)

Adhesion tests

Holiday tests

Gloss and shade checks

Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents such as:

Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)

Quality Control Procedures (QCP)

Method Statements

Painting inspection reports and records

Attend day-to-day site inspections and coordinate with clients during quality audits.

Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Coordinate with internal teams like Production, Planning, and Design, as well as third-party inspectors or clients.

Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in painting quality control, preferably on industrial or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of international painting standards and their practical implementation.

Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.

Knowledge of Ness, Forcio, or Vegas will be a plus.
