Job Description:

We are seeking an Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce data management and quality assurance. The role involves ensuring clean, accurate, and standardized customer data across Salesforce systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Matching & Validation:
    Use Salesforce tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard, Reports, matching rules) to align customer records; perform manual validation where required.
  • Duplicate & Record Management:
    Identify, resolve, and merge duplicate records while preserving integrity.
  • Bulk Data Handling:
    Prepare, clean, and load customer data; troubleshoot and resolve data load issues.
  • Data Cleansing & QA:
    Standardize formats (phone, email, address), fill missing values, and maintain governance rules.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain SOPs; create reports on data quality, duplicates, and system health.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    Work closely with Salesforce admins, IT, and business teams to resolve data issues and enforce standards.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer:
    Develop guides, SOPs, and provide training on data quality and import procedures.
  • Process Improvement:
    Recommend scalable solutions to reduce manual effort and improve workflows.
  • Compliance & Security:
    Handle data in compliance with GDPR/HIPAA and ensure secure management.

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years in data analysis or data quality, with focus on customer data.
  • Strong Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) including import/export, duplicate management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce Data Loader/other data tools.
  • High attention to detail, structured working style.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
