HR & Operations Executive (Fresher)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented fresher for the role of HR & Operations Executive. This position involves full ownership of preparing internal performance scorecards, coordinating hiring processes, conducting basic audits, tracking onboarding status, and maintaining asset records.

You will work directly with internal teams (HR, Product, IT, Accounts) and gain end-to-end exposure to both HR and operational functions from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage job postings, schedule interviews, maintain hiring tracker, and coordinate onboarding.

· Maintain and update employee attendance records by collecting, validating, and organizing data on a daily basis.

· Prepare and release the monthly performance scorecard by the 10th, collecting updates from departments.

· Send billing reminders to clients, track follow-ups, and escalate overdue invoices.

· Conduct internal checks to ensure MBRs are shared, data allocation is complete, and repositories are updated.

· Track onboarding timelines and go-live status, maintain asset records, and support monthly asset reconciliation.

Required Skills:

· Strong communication and follow-up ability

· Good with Google Sheets and Advanced Excel

· Comfortable managing tasks independently with guidance

Eligibility:

· Fresher

· Graduate in any stream

· Basic knowledge of HR/admin tasks

Compensation Plan:

· Freshers: 6-month training period with stipend of Rs. 10,000 per Month.

· Annual CTC: Post Training CTC - ₹2,40,000
