Shift Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM

Work Mode: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Exceptional candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience may also be considered)

Notice Period: Up to 30 Days

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Entitlements Analyst with experience in Workday Security and access/entitlements management. The ideal candidate will come with a strong HR or People Operations background, possess excellent communication and documentation skills, and be comfortable managing stakeholder interactions in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Workday Security roles, entitlements, and access provisioning/deprovisioning in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Process and track access requests ensuring compliance with audit and data privacy standards.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and other business teams to resolve access and security-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for access management processes, approvals, and system configurations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing reports, evidence, and clarifications related to Workday Security.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within access management workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with HR security policies at all times.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong HR / People Operations background with access and entitlements management exposure.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Security (roles, permissions, business processes).
  • Strong documentation practices and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in global HR operations or shared service environments.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, governance, and audit processes.
  • Exposure to ticketing/workflow tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues efficiently.
