What you'll be doing:

  • Support the Payroll and Processing team within HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate salary processing for employees.

  • Learn end-to-end payroll operations, including data validation, compliance checks, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

  • Work on projects that improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across different HR functions—such as Employee Services, Talent Development, and People Data & Technology—for a well-rounded HR learning experience.

  • Gain exposure to HR systems, tools, and best practices that are used globally at Hitachi.
