Business Analyst – Trainee

Min 1 Year Experience required.

What You'll Do: Business Analyst – Trainee

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of AUTOSherpa CRM Software and its applications.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer pain points.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to refine lead management and automation workflows.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and improve process efficiencies.
  • Utilize CRM reports, and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Support marketing automation using Business WhatsApp, SMS, and email workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Ms Excel, My SQL, Python, Strong Communication,Design, build, and manage workflow automations using n8n.
  • Proficiency in English, Kannada, Telugu And Tamil. Is essential for this role

Compensation Plan:

  • Freshers: 6-month training period with stipend of Rs. 10,000 per Month.
  • Annual CTC: Post Training CTC - ₹2,40,000 Fixed + Rs. 60,000 performance based Pay
