**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Business Analyst (BA)** to support our **commercial lending technology modernization initiatives**. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of **commercial and B2B lending processes, loan origination and servicing systems, credit risk practices, and regulatory compliance requirements**. Familiarity with lending structures such as **term loans, revolving credit facilities, syndicated loans, asset-based lending, commercial real estate financing, international commercial lending practices**, and exposure to **document generation and eSignature solutions** will be considered an advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze complex **commercial lending scenarios** and propose effective business and technology solutions.
- Gather and document **business requirements, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria**.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with **lending regulations, risk management frameworks, and industry standards**.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and validation sessions.
- Contribute to project success using **collaboration and project management tools** such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and shifting priorities.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**Experience**:

- Proven track record as a **Business Analyst** in the **commercial or B2B lending domain**.
- Experience with **loan origination, servicing systems, and credit risk assessment practices**.

**Technical & Business Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of **commercial lending structures** (term loans, revolving credit, syndicated loans, asset-based lending, CRE financing, international lending).
- Understanding of **document generation systems** and **eSignature platforms**.
- Experienced in **Agile methodologies** with proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
