IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst with a focus on pricing and quoting solutions within Semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have experience analysing and implementing IT applications that support dynamic pricing, quoting, and margin management processes and also managing data and system integrations with several other applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are translated into effective, scalable technology solutions.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Pricing and Quoting Analyst: Analyse current pricing and quoting workflows, identify areas for improvement, and recommend IT solutions that streamline the pricing and quoting processes.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across Business process and IT landscape to gather business requirements for pricing and quoting systems and translate them into requirements towards IT.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement pricing and quoting applications that align with business goals and industry best practices, ensuring data accuracy, speed, and flexibility.
• System Support and Maintenance: Provide support for existing pricing and quoting applications, addressing any system issues, implementing upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years as an IT Business Analyst, with specific experience in pricing and quoting applications for the semiconductor or high-tech industry
• Proficiency with pricing and quoting software and ERP systems commonly used in the semiconductor industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MSD, SAP CRM, ModelN) and their integration with pricing/quoting applications. Additional experience with applications such as Salesforce, Vendavo, PriceFx is a plus
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and an understanding of margin analysis and revenue forecasting
• Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools is a strong plus
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor
