About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to ensure the availability and visibility of Glanbia's premium nutrition products across assigned retail outlets, gyms, and health stores. This role is field-based and requires regular travel within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail outlets to check product placement and visibility.
  • Ensure proper stocking, shelf management, and planogram compliance.
  • Replace near-expiry products and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out).
  • Set up POS materials, branding, and promotional displays.
  • Collect and share market intelligence on competitors' products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, FMCG field sales, or retail operations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with retail partners.
  • Basic knowledge of fitness, nutrition, or health supplements is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
