Executive – Merchandising

About the Role
As a Merchandising Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing the product lifecycle—from concept to shelf. You'll work across multiple brands, ensuring each product meets our standards of quality, innovation, and market relevance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end merchandising operations for apparel across various brands.
- Lead product costing: fabric consumption analysis, trim planning, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee sampling and production timelines to ensure brand alignment and timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for documentation, approvals, and delivery tracking.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce, Business, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
