We have around 11 showrooms at Bangalore and 100+ team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to assist in planning, developing, and executing merchandise strategies that align with our brand vision and sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in ethnic fashion, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Senior Merchandiser in range planning and assortment finalization.

· Coordinate with design, production, and buying teams for timely product development and approvals.

· Track order status, sample approvals, and ensure on-time delivery of merchandise.

· Analyse sales reports, stock levels, and customer feedback to support reordering and markdown decisions.

· Maintain product data including costing, pricing, SKUs, and specifications in internal systems.

· Monitor competitor trends, new arrivals, and pricing strategies in the ethnic wear segment.

· Support the execution of visual merchandising and store display coordination (for offline retail).

· Liaise with the e-commerce team for timely listing of new products, inventory checks, and online performance tracking.

· Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for follow-ups, quality checks, and dispatch schedules.

· Prepare periodic reports for internal review (sales performance, bestsellers, ageing stock, etc.).
