Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area for an Airline BPO Supervisor at La Decoller. The Airline BPO Supervisor will oversee customer service operations, ensuring effective management of client interactions specifically related to aviation, aircraft, airlines, and airworthiness. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, conducting training sessions, and maintaining high service standards. The supervisor will also focus on managing workflows, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that operational goals are met efficiently.

  • Aviation, Aircraft, and Airlines industry knowledge
  • Understanding of Airworthiness regulations and compliance
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in a supervisor role within a BPO environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
