Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director Airline BPO located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Director Airline BPO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer service teams, and driving sales strategies within the airline BPO sector. The role requires a deep understanding of aviation and airlines, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring service quality, optimizing processes, and achieving operational targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the Airlines and Aviation industry
- Strong Sales skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field
- Experience in BPO management is a plus
