Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team handling of 12 agents for credit cards.
  • Drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end credit card processing activities ensuring timely and accurate approvals, documentation, and disbursal in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor individual and team productivity, focusing on quality of client interactions and conversion rates. Implement and enforce risk management practices to minimize defaults and maintain portfolio quality.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with credit, compliance, and collections teams to ensure smooth credit card lifecycle management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in credit cards
  • 2 + years of Experience as Team lead for credit cards from digital distribution channels
  • Team leadership and people management
  • Loan processing and credit evaluation
  • Customer relationship management
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Product knowledge for various fi and lenders
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
