
Sales Team Lead

The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales, preferably in the clinic/healthcare/wellness sector.
- Proven track record of quota attainment, with a minimum of ₹30 lakhs to ₹1.2 crores per quarter in multi-centre setups.
- Expertise in objection handling and negotiation, avoiding unnecessary discounting.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Proficiency in English (required) and Kannada/Tamil languages (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills and retail sales experience in direct sales.
Additionally, the preferred candidate will have prior experience in clinic sales.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
