Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, as well as developing and leading high-performing sales teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving productivity and performance metrics, managing call queues, and ensuring schedule adherence across the team.
You will also be responsible for assessing leads pipelines, prioritizing call tasks, and conducting experiments/pilots to optimize sales strategies.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- 2-3 years of experience in handling sales teams, preferably in outbound/telesales calling.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
Bonus Points:
A strong understanding of the home interiors domain can be an added advantage.
