Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Bengaluru. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, analysing sales data, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include team management, training, performance monitoring, and providing support to the sales team to meet targets and objectives. The Sales Team Lead will also work closely with other departments to optimise sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

Own and deliver monthly sales targets by driving a 10-member sales team.

Break down goals, monitor performance daily, and ensure accountability.

Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and ongoing coaching to build a high-performing team.

Enforce best practices in sales – CRM discipline, structured follow-ups, lead nurturing, and closing techniques.

Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to improve lead quality and refine sales strategy.

Report on sales performance and share insights with leadership to scale processes across teams.

What we are looking for :

Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets.

Experience managing a 7–12 member sales team.

Familiarity with EdTech sales cycles (student counseling, conversion, closures).

Hands-on knowledge of CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
