Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Search and identify potential candidates using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings.
- Use Boolean search and keyword optimization techniques to find niche technical talent.
2. Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Update candidates on their application status and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine search criteria.
4. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as required.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
5. Employer Branding & Networking
- Represent the company professionally in online communities and job fairs.
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, QA testers, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, HR software, and MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of technical recruitment.
