Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    full-cycle recruitment process
    for SAP and ERP positions (permanent and contract).
  • Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to understand project staffing needs and technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement
    sourcing strategies
    to attract qualified SAP professionals (FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.).
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening, evaluate technical skills, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Negotiate offers, manage onboarding, and ensure smooth candidate transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the ATS or recruitment tracking system.
  • Build and nurture a
    talent pipeline
    for future SAP project requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio) and report on progress to management.
  • Stay current with
    SAP market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
    .
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    (MBA preferred).
  • 3–8 years of experience
    in IT recruitment, with
    3+ years specifically in SAP/ERP recruitment
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    SAP modules, roles, and skillsets
    across technical and functional domains.
  • Proven success in hiring for SAP roles such as Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and Developers.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with
    ATS systems

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
