Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and career-focused
engineering graduates
(Freshers) to join us as
SAP Consultant Trainees
. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and live project exposure in various SAP modules before being placed into client or internal implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand SAP functional and technical modules such as FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HCM, etc.
  • Support configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP processes.
  • Assist senior consultants in project activities and client coordination.
  • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and basic report generation.
  • Participate in workshops, system demos, and end-user support activities.
  • Maintain documentation and support in preparing training materials.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT / ECE / EEE / Mechanical / Production / related streams).
  • Year of Passing: 2023 / 2024 / 2025.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic understanding of ERP concepts or interest in business processes.

  • Training Program:
    SAP Consultant Induction Program
  • Duration:
    6 months
  • Stipend:
    ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on performance & module)
  • Post-Training Opportunity:
    Eligible candidates will be absorbed as
    Junior SAP Consultants
    with revised salary based on evaluation.
