Job Description: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5–10 telecallers to achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Monitor call performance and ensure call quality standards.
  • Distribute leads, track follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy in CRM.
  • Conduct daily team briefings and maintain reporting for management.
  • Support sales team by ensuring maximum qualified site visits.
  • Handle client escalations and guide the team for smooth communication.
  • Recruit, onboard, and evaluate telecallers periodically.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telecalling / telesales, with at least 1 year in a team leader role.
  • Strong communication, motivation, and people management skills.
  • Experience in real estate.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel reporting.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
