About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Team Leader
to drive performance and lead a team of sales advisors in a fast-paced
BPO environment
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring quality customer interactions, and maintaining team motivation and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics (conversion rate, productivity, quality scores, etc.).
  • Conduct daily huddles, sales reviews, and feedback sessions to drive consistent improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Collaborate with training, quality, and operations teams to improve performance outcomes.
  • Manage attrition, shrinkage, and roster planning effectively.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    2–4 years
    of experience in a
    BPO sales process
    , with at least
    1 year in a team leader or supervisory role
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    tele-sales / voice-based selling techniques
    .
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
