Role Description

Shadowfax is seeking a Team Leader for a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of delivery teams, ensuring efficient task allocation, and meeting operational goals. Key responsibilities include tracking and monitoring team performance, resolving operational challenges in real-time, facilitating team communication, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The role also involves mentoring team members to enhance productivity and maintaining accurate reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
  • Experience in operations coordination, task allocation, and performance monitoring
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder interaction
  • Organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and track workflows
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools relevant to logistics and operational management
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar discipline is a plus
