About the Role:

We are hiring a Team Leader – Sales (Real Estate) for one of our esteemed clients in Gurugram. The candidate should possess strong leadership qualities and proven expertise in achieving sales targets and driving a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Plan, implement, and manage effective sales strategies.
  • Mentor, guide, and support team members through regular training and performance reviews.
  • Conduct client meetings and manage negotiations effectively.
  • Coordinate with management for reporting and continuous process improvements.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Goal-driven and proactive in approach.
