About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader to drive operational excellence across Spinnys pre and post sales functions. The role involves coordinating with partner workshops, delivery hubs, and central teams to ensure seamless processes, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate would be a presentable, hardworking, and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by a strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in leading a sales team.

Key Responsibilities Include:


• Special Projects (Pre & Post Sales) Lead strategic initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, process quality, and customer experience.


• Slot System for Partner Workshops Design and manage an effective slot system for workshop operations to enhance inventory turnaround and utilization.


• Stakeholder Communication Management Maintain strong communication channels among internal teams, partner workshops, and central functions to ensure smooth coordination.


• Part Requirement Fulfilment Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of part requirements from central spares to partner workshops, minimizing downtime and escalations.


• Issue Resolution at Delivery Hubs Drive prompt resolution of operational or process issues at delivery hubs to maintain on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction.


• Doorstep Inspection Alignment (Post Sales) Oversee the planning, alignment, and execution of doorstep inspections to ensure consistency and quality in post sales operations.

Requirements:

Graduate/ Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related field.

36 years of experience in operations, service management, or automotive domain.

Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with a hands-on approach.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
