Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Sales, located in Gurugram. The Team Leader Sales will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, overseeing day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing sales data, providing training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative team environment, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and performance metrics
  • Team Management skills to lead, support, and develop the sales team
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
