Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (English Preferred) to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Communicate fluently in English to assist customers professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate and timely information with a positive attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (verbal & written) – preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and handle customers efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced (0–2 years) both can apply.
