**Responsibilities of Customer Support Executive having experience of 1 to 2 years**:
Ø Assist customers with product information, order placement, billing inquiries, and issue resolution.
Ø Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
Ø Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ø Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to resolve customer issues effectively.
Ø Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Ø Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy.
Ø Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
