Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions in the Apparel & Fashion industry across PAN India. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, sourcing skills, and the ability to close positions across functions like Merchandising, Design, Production, Quality, Sales, and Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for PAN India locations within the apparel & textile domain.
  • Source profiles through job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Manage bulk hiring for retail and store-level positions and mid to senior-level hiring for head office and manufacturing units.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and generate reports.
  • Ensure minimal TAT (Turn Around Time) for all open positions.
  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in recruiting for Apparel, Fashion, or Textile industries
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Ability to handle PAN India hiring
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
  • Experience with bulk/store-level retail hiring is a plus
  • Understanding of the garment manufacturing lifecycle is an advantage
