About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Intern to support our business development team in driving growth and building strong client relationships. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales strategies, lead generation, client engagement, and market research. The role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the dynamics of B2B operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential business clients through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases,industry directories, networking).
  • Assist in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Engagement
  • Support the team in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations for senior team members
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
  • Analyze client needs and provide insights for customized solutions.
  • Sales & Business Support
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and business documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Follow up with leads and support in client relationship management.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and client responses.

  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms
