We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with potential clients, identify opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce WEQ Technologies' IT services and generate qualified leads.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant service information.
Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and contact details.
Follow up on warm leads through email and calls to ensure timely conversion.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality client interaction at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation (preferably in an IT or Software company).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to handle client objections and build long-term relationships.
Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and email outreach tools.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
