Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
  • Analyze variances and trends to support business performance improvement.
  • Tax Planning & Compliance:
  • Develop and execute effective tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns.
  • Stay up to date with local and international tax laws (e.g., transfer pricing, VAT/GST, indirect taxes).
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assess tax implications of new business initiatives and provide guidance on tax-efficient structuring.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Business Partnering:
  • Work closely with other departments to support financial decision-making.
  • Provide financial input on strategic projects, investments, and cost control initiatives.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor finance team members.
  • Build a high-performing finance team with a strong culture of accountability.
  • Risk Management & Controls:
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
  • Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Cash Flow & Capital Management:
  • Monitor working capital and cash flow.
  • Support treasury activities, including debt financing and investment analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹95,000.00 per month
