Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability across the real estate portfolio.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Provide financial modeling for acquisitions, developments, leasing, and asset disposals.
- Support capital raising efforts and evaluate financing options.

Financial Management & Reporting

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, debt structures, and investment returns.
- Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, rental yields, ROI, and IRR.
- Prepare detailed investment performance reports for stakeholders and executives.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks across real estate projects and assets.
- Oversee internal controls and audit processes.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor finance teams, providing training and performance development.
- Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, developers, and external partners.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and investors.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable.
- 710+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of real estate financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Proficiency in financial systems (Yardi, MRI, Argus, or similar real estate software).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience presenting to executives and investors.
