Job Description – Business Development Executive (IT Services)Location: Vadodara (on-site)

Employment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in IT services sales and working with international clients (primarily in the USA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the global IT services market.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads in the USA market for IT services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (C-level, Directors, Managers).
  • Pitch IT service offerings effectively and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5- 8 years of proven experience in business development or sales in an IT services firm.
  • Strong track record of working with international clients (USA market preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to understand IT services, technical offerings, and client pain points.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable working with sales tools, CRM systems, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in service selling (software development, IT consulting, digital solutions).
  • Exposure to B2B enterprise clients in the USA.
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts to align with US client timings.
