Leonstride Technologies is looking for two experienced sales professionals to join our growing business development team. If you have 2+ years of experience in international IT services sales and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, wed love to hear from you

Location: India (Maharashtra preferred)

Work Type: Remote / WFH

Work Timings: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with prospects for our sales leadership.
  • Arrange in-person meetings for our executive based in Canada.
  • Track leads, update CRM records, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
  • Assist in closing deals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Help in building long-term client relationships and ensuring customer success.

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in international IT services sales (mandatory).
  • Strong spoken and written English skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Background in IT/technology-related roles or education.
