Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Procurement - Product Manager-Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Responsibilities
·    Leadership and Team Management:
o    Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality AI products.
o    Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
o    Mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

·    Strategic Planning and Execution:
o    Develop and implement product strategies that align with Agentic AI's vision and market needs.
o    Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
o    Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
·    Technical Expertise:
o    Oversee the technical development of AI products, ensuring robust architecture and scalability.
o    Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into product development.
o    Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize performance.
·    Product Development and Management:
o    Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
o    Define product requirements and specifications based on user feedback and market analysis.
o    Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
·    Stakeholder Engagement:
o    Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
o    Present product updates and strategic plans to executive leadership.
o    Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Proven leadership experience in managing product development teams.

•    Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

•    Technical proficiency in AI technologies and software development processes.

•    Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products.
