Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for the position of Procurement Manager. The role involves managing procurement activities, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes. The Procurement Manager will oversee supplier relations, develop procurement strategies, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and manage contracts to secure cost-efficient and quality resources for sustainable operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes.
  • Should have command over quant tools
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Analytical Skills to optimize procurement practices and make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid understanding of sustainability principles and environmentally responsible procurement practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
