Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Zoho Finance, HR & Operations Developer
to join our onsite team. This role involves
building, customizing, and automating Zoho apps
to streamline Finance, HR, and Operations processes. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with functional understanding of Finance, HR, and Operations workflows, ensuring efficient end-to-end automation and reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Custom App Development & Automation:
Develop and maintain custom Zoho apps for Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Automate workflows for accounting, inventory, payroll, HR processes, and project management.
Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
Integration & Cross-Department Collaboration:
Assist the Lead Developer with
cross-department integrations
(CRM, Marketing, HR, Finance).Ensure seamless data flow between apps and modules for operational efficiency.
Support & Training:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Finance, HR, and Operations apps.
- Train teams to efficiently use Zoho apps and follow best practices.
Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and app configurations.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure Finance and HR processes comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Generate periodic reports for management and audits.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Expert in
Zoho Books & Inventory
, with hands-on experience in HR modules (People, Recruit, Payroll). - Proficient in
low-code app development, workflow automation, and reporting tools
. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience integrating multiple Zoho apps (Finance, HR, Projects) using
Zoho Flow or APIs
. - Understanding of
Finance, HR, and Operations processes
in a corporate environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, IT, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Zoho implementation, app development, or workflow automation.
- Proven track record of developing and automating processes in Finance, HR, and Operations using Zoho apps.
Performance Expectations:
- Efficiently develop, maintain, and automate Finance, HR, and Operations apps onsite.
- Ensure
cross-functional integration
and seamless workflows across departments. - Provide user training and maintain documentation for process standardization.
- Create dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
