About the Role

We are hiring a Zoho Books & Inventory Implementation Specialist to lead the setup, customization, and optimization of our Zoho suite. If you have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and working knowledge of Zoho CRM/People, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Zoho Books & Inventory for invoicing, inventory, purchase/sales orders, and tax setup (GST)

  • Customize automation workflows, approval hierarchies, and chart of accounts

  • Ensure real-time sync between Zoho Inventory and Books

  • Integrate with payment gateways and logistics APIs

  • Train and support Finance and Warehouse teams

  • Support Zoho CRM workflows (lead to invoice tracking)

  • Assist with Zoho People (onboarding, attendance, HR workflows)

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of Zoho Books and Inventory implementation experience

  • Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho People

  • Proficiency in Zoho automation, blueprinting, and custom modules

  • Strong understanding of accounting, inventory, and finance operations

  • Excellent documentation and training skills

Bonus Skills

  • Integrations with Razorpay, Shopify, Tally, IndiaMART

  • Familiarity with Zoho Creator or Zoho Analytics

  • Zoho certifications (Finance or CRM modules)

Education

  • Bachelor's in Commerce, IT, Computer Applications, BE or a related field
