Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US Sales (Edtech) professional located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves training clients on our products and services and overseeing sales management tasks to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities B2C – Student Counselling & Sales
- Counsel prospective US learners and professionals to recommend suitable programs.
- Manage the full sales funnel – lead generation, nurturing, closing, and onboarding.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Deliver personalized career counselling to improve student experience and conversion.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Experience in training clients on products and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Edtech industry is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
