Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Zoho Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions across various Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Recruit, and internal dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong coding and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in JavaScript and SQL, and the ability to automate workflows and build integrations within the Zoho ecosystem.

A working knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting is highly desirable, or the ability to learn it quickly through prior coding experience.

  • Develop and maintain custom modules, workflows, and automations across Zoho CRM, Recruit, Analytics, and other Zoho applications.
  • Build dashboards and reports to visualize business performance and KPIs.
  • Implement process automation using Zoho Deluge scripting, APIs, and custom functions.
  • Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms and internal systems using APIs and webhooks.
  • Optimize existing modules and ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Operations) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for custom solutions, scripts, and workflows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to Zoho systems or integrations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13 years of experience in Zoho development or related automation platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL (mandatory).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python (preferred).
  • Experience or familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting or confidence to learn it quickly.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to design and optimize workflows and data structures within Zoho.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Prior experience in Zoho CRM customization and automation projects.

  • Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Recruit, or other Zoho applications.
  • Familiarity with data migration and data visualization tools.
  • Zoho Certification (CRM Developer or equivalent) is a plus.
